What it is not
- Not a ranking or an endorsement. Placements are not sorted by reviews or performance.
- Not a lead sale. RatesGrid does not collect loan applications or resell consumer data.
- Not editorial influence. Advertisers do not review or approve articles.
Requirements
- Active NMLS registration for the company and any loan originator shown.
- Licensing in the states you serve, with evidence on request.
- A working website and contact details for the card.
- Compliance review of your card copy before it goes live.
States we cannot accept
Paid placements are not available in a small number of states while we complete licensing review. The form checks this before payment. Current exclusions:Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, Maryland, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada.
Territory rules
One partner per ZIP code. Territories are reserved only after payment clears. If a territory shows no measurable activity for two consecutive quarters, it may be released back to inventory with 30 days notice. Full terms are on thepartner terms page.
