Privacy policy
Summary
RatesGrid is a static information site. There are no accounts, no logins, no mortgage applications and no lead forms that store what you type. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies.
What is collected
- Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your address and message and use it to reply.
- Calculator inputs. The calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us or stored.
Cookies and analytics
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated before any tracking is enabled.
Sponsored links
Sponsored lender cards link to third-party sites. Once you leave RatesGrid, the lender's privacy policy and terms apply. We do not pass your personal information to lenders because we do not collect it.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ratesgrid.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If the way the site handles information changes, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
